Word Bank is a software package that helps people make more sense of difficult words and jargon on the internet. You need a JavaScript enabled browser to use Word Bank.

Websites using Word Bank have an ON | OFF button so you can choose if you want to use it.

When Word Bank is on difficult words change color and have a dashed underline.

Use the links to see a popup window explaining words with easy-to-read text, a movie and a voice recording.

To change the text size use the links in the top right corner of the popup window.

You can close the popup window by clicking on the X in the top right corner or 'Close this window' link at the bottom of the popup window.

You can submit difficult words to Word Bank. First you will need to register on www.word-bank.com
